Intellectual property of the hosted content

FOPLA INVEST, SL makes backups of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been removed and/or modified during the time since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups made by FOPLA INVEST, SL, when this loss is due to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always subject to the user’s prior acceptance.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to FOPLA INVEST, SL.

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI, FOPLA INVEST, SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic communication means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by their recipients.

In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, FOPLA INVEST, SL is indeed authorized to send commercial communications regarding FOPLA INVEST, SL products or services that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the client.
